Refund Policy
Plant Sales are Non-Refundable
Unfortunately, Sky's Farm and Garden does not offer refunds for unwanted plant materials once payment has been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend directing all concerns to admin@skysfg.com.
Online Sales
Sky's Farm and Garden does not offer online plant sales. As such, all transactions are completed in store. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure satisfaction with product before leaving the store.
Other Items
Some products, such as plant pots or tools, can be refunded within 30 days for store credit, provided the products are unused and in the condition in which they were purchased. Please reach out to admin@skysfg.com to initiate a refund request or submit your request in person.
